Why the "after" looks different for men
- Belly first. Visceral fat responds fastest to semaglutide, and men store more of it. Waist shrinks before the scale fully reflects it.
- Face and neck early. Jawline definition is often the first thing other people notice, by month 2-3. Rapid facial fat loss is also why "Ozempic face" gets discussed.

- Sleep apnea symptoms ease by month 4-6; tirzepatide is now approved for OSA.
- Blood pressure medication is reduced or stopped by many between months 6-12 — only under prescriber supervision.
