These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Healthy-Weight website located at healthy-weight.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Healthy-Weight provides general health information, calculators, and articles for educational and informational purposes only. The Site is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or prescription services. 2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Healthy-Weight and its affiliates, officers, contributors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating litigation, the parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If the dispute remains unresolved, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. This section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.

You and Healthy-Weight agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. We will update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Healthy-Weight regarding your use of the Site.
