The $25 promise — and who it actually applies to
NovoCare advertises Wegovy "as low as $0-$25/month" — but that price requires commercial insurance that already covers Wegovy. How to use it (5 minutes)
- Go to NovoCare.com and activate the Wegovy savings offer — you'll get a card with BIN/PCN/Group numbers.
- Bring it to the pharmacy with your insurance card.
- The pharmacy runs insurance first, then the card covers the copay down to $0-$25 (up to the monthly max benefit).
- Refills work automatically while the offer is active — reactivate if it expires.
The fine print
- Monthly max benefit: the card caps its contribution (historically ~$225-$500/mo). High-deductible plans can exceed it early in the year.
- Annual cap: total yearly benefit is limited — check current terms.
